The steel holder measures 8" tall adjustable down to 3.5" for small fowl or Cornish hens. The spiked arm measures 7.75" with " spikes. This is made with great quality hardened steel. The cutting board has " wood feet on the bottom to slightly elevate your cutting experience. The board shows light use, and the box has stains from probably being close by while the board was being used. This might be a great gift for your hunter to have their own board instead of borrowing one from the kitchen. Would also be great for outdoor kitchens or food trailers.
