So you need not be worry about its quality. Our supplier ships the corals and we do not know until they arrive exactly what they will look like. We have photographed the actual piece available which is numbered. While we do not get to request the specific pieces we will receive, we do pay a premium to ensure we get the best corals out there. We do accept returns. However, if yours is significantly damaged during shipping process we can replace it for you. This is very rare! Please know that while rare, some small pieces could break off during transport but should not affect the over all beauty of your coral.
