Description: A new, freshly made ink ribbon for the classic "tombstone" bar cash register. A pair of nitrile gloves will be included. This sale is for one. Ribbons and paper rolls (I also offer these here on ebay) are now a special order item for the trade. (My most recent delivery did not include the outer box.)Note: This item requires some mechanical aptitude to install. It is typically installed a mechanic familiar with these machines. These mechanics are becoming scarce. I only know of a handful nationwide. (at age 70, I am probably the youngest true expert/specialist, (the only person in the business where this model represented at least 97% of my business for the past 48 years) and I realize that the buyer may have no choice but to attempt installation themselves. I will include instructions and provide photos, but there is nothing like hands on experience, and knowing the little details to do it properly. If you are not mechanically inclined, and still have a competent person in your area, please use them for the installation.The older machines are not like modern electronics where the consumer can simply drop in a roller or cartridge. Most people can accomplish this task, but it's not 100% of them.
