I am a climber and have loved this tent. Never put away wet, never moldy. no leaks or tears. The bag that contains it has a slight rip near the opening but is still storage and haul functional. I noticed the taped seams have dried up when I set it up last week. It has never leaked, but I suspect it needs to have the seams glued or taped again. I live in a dry climate. I have a pro deal so just bought a new one man tent for almost $700 retail!? The world has gone mad, but at $350, I can survive it. In any regard, just looking for a new home for someone who does not mind retaping the seams. Check out the reviews, we have all loved this tent.
