The image is sublimated to the surface so it won't fade, crack or peel. This is a high quality mouse pad that will take all the abuse your mouse can give it. It makes a great gift for yourself or someone else. If adding text, send a message in the note to seller when checking out or in an eBay message. Text will be copied and pasted AS SENT, so be sure it's the way you want it - capitalization, spelling, punctuation, etc. I will send you a preview ONLY if adding text (usually within about 3 hours, check spam/junk mail). If you don't get a preview, I didn't get your text and the pad will be sent with no personalization. Changes are welcome but I will ship this out the next business day, so check your email for the preview. If I don't hear from you I will assume that you approve of the preview as sent. Due to the high heat needed to produce the mouse pads, there may be a rubber odor, which will disappear if a few days. If this item is personalized, returns will be accepted ONLY if a mistake was made in the production of the item or it was damaged in transit. We will pay for return shipping costs. If the item is not personalized, returns will be accepted if item is unused and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
