Some may have a couple of dark spots at the bottom of the LCD screen (see pictures) but they do not affect the LCD screen in any way when turned on, and do not show when in use. (See test pictures). Comes with a Motorola HMN1090A mic. Mics have broken cord strains. (See pictures). All heads are tested on an APX6500 or XTL5000.
