You must send your radio to me by whatever means you like. Buyer will pay shipping. Upon payment, I can send you an excel spreadsheet so you can define your plan for me to program to avoid confusion. Mail only the radio itself (no antenna or batteries). After I receive your radio I will program it to the frequencies and or tones that you have provided me.
