THE BRIM IS STIFFENED AND TRIMMED IN SATIN EDGE SILK RIBBONS AND LACE RUFFLES ALL ALONG THE FRONT WITH SATIN RIBBON LOOPS ATOP AND LACE RUFFLING ON THE REAR BRIM EDGE. TOP BACK OF THE HEAD AND BOTTOM BACK OF THE HEAD ARE TRIMMED IN SATIN BOWS WITH A LONG MODESTY RUFFLE TRIMMED IN ECRU CORDING AND FINISHED IN SILK FRINGE ALL ALONG THE EDGE. ORIGINAL SILK TIES ARE PRESENT AND THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN A FINE SILK DE CHINE. CONDITION: VERY LIGHT BROWN AGE SPOTTING IS SEEN TO THE BROADCLOTH. THERE ARE SEVERAL SMALL POINTS OF WEAR TO THE SILK SATIN RIBBON, MUST BE STUDIED TO NOTE. SMALL SPOTTING TO THE BROADCLOTH ON THE MODESTY RUFFLE. INTERIOR LINING HAS SEVERAL TINY HOLES AND TINY PINPOINT SPOTS.
