To my knowledge, these were printed as large paperback printings, this appears to have been bound by the Library so as to be more durable. Has library stamp to title page and text block edges that have been marked out in black with marker. Front free end paper is missing. NO cardholders etc (probably was on the ffep. Binding is sound. Free of any actual owner names, plates, inscriptions, underlining etc... A readable copy that is just not crisp enough to grade higher. Scarce and important piece of American culture/literature.
