Now comes the confusing part, and this could be because I don't know much about skates, I always though white was womans and black was mens. The size 9 seemed pretty big for a womans size so I tried them on and while they were tight on me (I wear a size 9.5 to 10 shoe), I was able to get my foot into the skate. The total length of the white leather shoe part of the skate measures a total of 11.5" long if that helps anyone determine if they are mens or womans.
