Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/creasing, light soiling/rub soil, yellowing/light inside tanning, and light fading/rub fade. Outer corners are well rubbed with three of the four worn down slightly...the forth (front lower) is split with tearing into the front panel...length is about 1 1/8". The spine upper corners are both split about 3/16". The front panel lower edge has a tear of about 5/16" with creasing to the outer edge split. The back panel upper edge has tears of 3/16" and 5/8". The spine upper edge has a tear of about 1/4". Tiny edge chips here and there, but mostly on and near the spine upper and lower edges. This book measures 8 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 1 3/16".
