It helps keeps the vents in place as you walk, if it is windy, etc. Sleeves: 25.75” shoulder seam to end of sleeve (approximately)Chest: 23.5”x 2Length:32” from just under collar down backShoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19” This is a blazer, not a suit coat which is missing the trousers. Incredible fabric!
