Description: MIB Hasegawa 1/72 FUJI T-1A Postwar Jet Trainer The Fuji T-1A was Japan's first postwar jet aircraft. It was designed to be a fast jet trainer to operate alongside, and in some cases, to replace the T-33. Thanks to having manufactured the F-86 Sabre, much of what was learned from that was transferred into the new T-1A. First flying in 1958, it soon entered squadron service providing many students their first fast jet experience. Hasegawa’s excellent kit features a typically detailed fuselage with 2-seat cockpit, clear canopy, accurate Japanese Air Self Defense Force marking decals, and assembly instructions.
