An exceptionally long 28mm eye relief allows the eye to back off the eyepiece to limit vibration, and its convenient fold-down rubber eyecup helps to block stray peripheral light from interfering with views. Meade engineered this model to be parfocal with all other 1.25" Series 4000 eyepieces, requiring little or no re-focusing when changing magnifications during viewing sessions. We got this in as a trade - it is in excellent condition, has a couple of minor marks on the finish. Comes in an original Meade bolt style case.
