Description: This beautiful, vintage postcard is a bit of a novelty, showing "Wild Roses", as the inscription indicates, and at the center of the image is a pink horseshoe (signifying good luck) made of a pink fabric. The postcard is extra thick and sturdy, on account of how it was made to accommodate the fabric that constructs the effect of the pink horseshoe. The postcard was postmarked in February (maybe February 11) of 1908 or 1909, perhaps in anticipation of Valentine's Day, in Maynard, Ohio, and sent there locally from Josephine to Alex, or Alexander.
