Description: 8.5” enameled metal and litho OD 0-4-0 Loco made for Army Trains late 1930’s to 40. Loco has had some cleaning, shows wear, mainly edges, tabs show it may have been apart. No broken or missing tabs seen. It is missing the headlight lens, otherwise has complete tinplate trim. It has complete/correct prewar motor, solid diecast wheels with drive rods. Pick-up is complete. Loco only in listing, was tested on bench, ran one direction only and smoke came from armature. As is, no operation warranty, up to buyer to investigate any issues. All Items, including N.O.S. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles. Operational ability and characteristics or completeness of vintage motors, mechanisms, wiring, bulbs etc are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee coupler operation.
