This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall dark staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, ink stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance in several areas); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed; edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (some small tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying; many scattered holes/inner tears exist.
