Description: Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 DESCRIPTION This is a gorgeous vintage peignoir robe and nightgown set from the1970s. The tag says Claire Sanders by Lucie Ann Beverly Hills. The material is a semi sheer, stretchy nylon that has a floral design done in pink and green over a creamy off white background. Here and there, it says Lucie Ann among the flowers.The robe has short sleeves with ruffled bells, and the sleeves are accented with lace trim and pink satin bows. There is a ruffle and lace trim around the neckline and hem as well. The robe closes with a snap button in the center of the chest. There is also a ribbon belt that can be used to inch in the waist. There are slits on the side of the robe so the belt can go inside the robe in the back and only show in the front. The nightgown has flared cap sleeves with lace trim, and there is lace trim around the hem as well. The nightgown has pink satin piping accenting the neckline. The nightgown is a pullover style with no closures. SIZING Both pieces are tagged a size Petite which should be equivalent to a size Small. The actual measurements are as follows: Robe Bust: 21 inches across the back, underarm to underarm (42 inches around) Shoulders: 14.5 inches across, seam to seam Length: 54 inches from the shoulder to the hem Nightgown Bust: 19-20.5 inches across, underarm to underarm (38-41 inches around) Waist/Hips: Full and roomy Length: 51 inches Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around. CONDITION This set is in very good condition. I did notice a tiny mark on the right shoulder of the robe (see last picture), but this is small and also under where the ruffled neckline lays, so it shouldn't be noticeable when the robe is worn. I also wanted to mention that the robe is missing its original belt, so I have added a pink chiffon ribbon belt to replace it. Please feel free to ask any questions about this item before bidding.
