All have FELDPOST postmark or stamp along with written regiment details etc. Every one is dated during the war! About half are in color. At least one in every lot of 10 will have an actual WW1 military scene or an image/story/poem directly related to the war, for example little girls praying for the return of their father and his victory, a POW camp, a caption denoting a location to be a "Schlachtfeld" (battleground) or similar. Non-military images include houses, cathedrals, farms, streets, markets, city skylines, famous landmarks, commerce, "Greetings from", etc. Many make for valuable postcards even without the Feldpost postmarks. Most of the cards show scenes from famous foreign wartime locales under German occupation, which means the soldier(s) obtained them locally to send them home. That's why many printed captions or titles may be in French, Dutch, Polish etc. Cards are randomly assorted to give you the lowest price on eBay.
