Most of these Ribbons were removed for mounting by a Virginia Tailor during the 1960s -1990s. Most of these Ribbons are in very good condition and could be used to suspend a Medal or could be ironed flat to make Ribbon Bars (SEE SCANS FOR WEAR AND AGE. This auction does not include the Medals nor pinback brooch nor quarter used to better display size.
