Both of the Elgin movements no longer run, the Elbon movement runs on and off needs to be cleaned. The first Elgin and Elbon balance wheels move freely, the second Elgin balance wheel does not move freely. The second Elgin and Elbon have worn white dials, the first Elgin has a worn matte brown dial. The second Elgin is missing the winding crown. All of the dials have gold tone hands, wear, and scratches. The first Elgin has a seconds sub dial at the 6 o'clock mark. All of the dials hour markers are gold tone numbers.
