Tears: None Corners: Page are square with tiny scuffs to top tips & very slight bends to bottom tips. Cover are square; both front have some color loss while both back tips have a tiny piece of paper cover loss showing the board. Binding: Very tight, foil is bright with color loss, is complete save a tiny foil loss top & bottom front & back edges + a tiny loss on front spine edge; top spine corner has 1/8" foil loss with a 3/16" loss to bottom corner. Cover: Front is very good save the discolor noted above, very minor color loss & a tiny nick to bottom board edge.
