The case itself is composed of a pliable plastic with a metal frame in back and a vise-like fixture attachment that will allow for excellent display options. The plastic has typical cosmetic scratches and scuffs, but shows wonderfully (the listing photos were shot with a flash, which tends to exaggerate these cosmetic scratches; the piece shows far better under normal lighting conditions).
