Instructions Absolute Best Method - Prime with white paint to maximize brightness of fluorescent paint and then use clear coat with UV inhibitors to slow fading of the fluorescent color. 1) Clean gun sights with alcohol or other solvents. At minimum use soap and water with a toothbrush. 2) Apply white paint and let it dry for at least 2 hours. Paint with 2 coats of the fluorescent paint waiting an hour between coats. (white paint underneath makes fluorescent co;ors appear brighter) 3) Wait 7 days or use moderate heat from a blow dryer to speed cure time (heat a few times over a few hours and it will be cured - OVEN BAKED ENAMEL! ). Coat with 2 thin coats of clear coat waiting at least 30 mins between coats.
