All seashells and coral are imported under the required guidelines of U.S. and come from over 20 countries.All specimens are imported under the required guidelines of U.S. Customs, U.S. Fish & Wildlife, CITES and those mandated by the exporting country of origin. So you need not be worry about its quality. We have photographed the actual piece of coral available. While we do not get to request the specific pieces we will receive, we do pay a premium to ensure we get the best corals out there. We do accept returns with a 20% restocking fee. However, if yours is significantly damaged during shipping process we can replace it for you. This is very rare! Please know that while rare, some small pieces could break off during transport but should not affect the over all beauty of your coral.
