Description: LAPIN SWEET CORN, CUCUMBER & RED PEPPER, TOMATO, CARROT & ONION 8 SALT & PEPPER SHAKERS. This auction is for a combination of eight vegetable salt and pepper shakers made of plastic and ceramic. Four of the salt and peppers shakers are made of plastic – they are designed to look like vegetables. The first set is cobs of corn that measure 2 ½” high x a little under 1 ½” in circumference that weigh less than an ounce; on the bottom LAPIN – Made in the USA, cobs of corn with red twist off tops for filling. The next set is designed to look like a green cucumber (3 ½” high x 1 ¼” wide, .2 ounce) and a red pepper (2 ½” high x 1 ½” wide, .1 ounce) – Made in Hong Kong. The next pair are ceramic salt and pepper shakers. Created to look like a tomato, they measure 1 ½” high x 1 ¾” wide/deep and weigh a little under 2 ounces each. Imprinted on the bottom in black ink is “JAPAN,” and they have cork stoppers. The final pair are also ceramic - a white/tan onion that measures 2 ½” wide x 2 ¾” high and weighs 2.3 ounces; it is unmarked and without a stopper. The second is an orange carrot measuring 3 ¼” long x 1” deep x a little under 1” high and weighs .6 ounces. All are in good condition with no cracks/crackling/chips. They are in good condition.
