Description: For your Consideration: For sale is fully working Klark Teknik DN-8000 speaker processor. Inactive for sometime due to a mishap which resulted a broken rotary "Encoder" that rendered the unit unable to implement full application and settings.Prior to posting, hours invested in repair and refurbishing process which included detailed clean, deoxit all pertinent knobs and dials to ensure proper contact with even some retouching involved. Bench tested and in good bill of health.HOWEVER, my miscalculation of the alternate "Encoder" part replacement I inadvertently installed, alters the behaviour of navigation and as follows:1. Reversed Rotation. The "increments" is in "counter clockwise" rotation or turns to the left direction. "Decrements" is in " clockwise" rotation or right direction. 2. Each single rotation "click" is equivalent to two click rotations. Example: begins at 1, next click is 3, then 5 and so forth. Single or one click can be accomplished by "half turn" click.3. The encoder also has a "push" centre but no function. The knob cap is also a replacement. Therefore Selling as described. This is an amazing unit with unparalleled sound and no longer in production and very hard to find so grab it while it lasts!
