Even though the book is from 2021 there have been changes to certain regulations and rules so watch out for that. Examples include the continued learning rules and T + 1 settlement. Condition: There is one bigger rip on the cover which has been taped well on both sides and is strong. Plenty of helpful notes found within the pages along with quiz questions. Pages are in great shape.
