They were supplied as an amenity by the Bucharest Romania Grand Marriott hotel. This hotel was built by the communist dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu for the comfort of his guests of state. After Romania was liberated, the hotel was taken over by the Marriott and refurbished. It is now a hotel for visitors to the now restored beautiful Bucharest.
