JVC Video Capture JLIP GV-CB3u Open box appears new unused READ

Description: This is a Vintage JVC JLIP GV-CB3u video capture Box.I cannot say I have tested it under actual use but I will say that it appears to have been partially unwrapped but not used.I did not remove the power supply from it's taped bag but I installed the 6 AA batteries and turned it on and the power light lit up/Cords - as shown, are unwrappedPower supply - in taped bagUnit - was in original foam bagInstructions and paperwork - sealed bag, appears contents never removed.Software disc - still overwrapped.Box and internal packing - somewhat torn on inside and slots and tabs are worn. I will accept a return with postage paid by me if it does not work, as long as all the pieces are returned and the tamper-evident stickers I will place on them are not removed or altered. Please be sure to look at all the pictures carefully before buying. I try hard to take great pictures that accurately describe the items I am selling.
