With this adapter you can use any regular household lightbulb without any further modification. Works with LED, incandescent, halogen, and compact fluorescent lightbulbs. Tested and confirmed working with Mole Richardson, Arri, Kliegl Brothers, Desisti, and LTM. No reason it wouldn't work with other brands. If you have a very old thatrical spotlight I always recommend rewiring as a matter of course.
