Description: Judge DREDD The Law in Order Complete Issue 1 THE LAW IN ORDER/ THE COMPLETE JUDGE DREDD Long before we had The Case files, THE LAW IN ORDER/THE COMPLETE JUDGE DREDD was the best way to enjoy sequential Judge Dredd. You could of course, hunt out the individual progs, or read the very, very random Dredd in The Best Of 2000AD Monthly, that mainly seemed to be one or two part stories, however, getting this every month was a treat, and an event that you really looked forward to! Reading the Case files is great of course, but I prefer relaxing with a comic instead of a graphic novel. I just love the way you can fold back the page you are not reading and just concentrate on the one page. You can't really do this with graphic novels. In my opinion reading early DREDD, in THE LAW IN ORDER is the absolute best and most enjoyable, sequential way to enjoy these cracking, classic, early influential thrillers. When you read the progs you have to grab the next issue, very quickly to stay in the story. You don't have to do this with THE LAW IN ORDER, it just seems to flow, and read better, with no interruptions. Tharg, in his all seeing wisdom commissioned zarjaz new covers, many by the mighty Clint Robinson. The LAW IN ORDER, never should have been cancelled, and I really feel that Rebellion should finish this noble endeavour, it was an affordable way of getting your hands on classic, early thrill power, as not everybody can afford expensive graphic novels. Tharg used to say, give the cheap skates, a chance! He hasn't said this in such a long time! We need THE BEST OF 2000AD MONTHLY, AND THE LAW IN ORDER, AND ALSO THE EXTREME EDITIONS BACK. My advice is to use the zoom feature provided by eBay, if you see something you don't like, please do not buy. Get in touch instead and I will try to provide more details. If I notice obvious flaws, I will point these out for your consideration. I veiw preservation and restoration as an essential component of being a collector. If I feel it is necessary and beneficial to a comic, I sometimes make repairs with magic invisible. I sometimes mention this when listing, but not always. These repairs are mainly discrete and not majorably overbearing. As a general rule, I do not sell comics that I would not be happy to pickup and read myself. Grading music is my specialty, I'm sorry, but I do have the time or expertise, to grade comics! I DO NOT USE STOCK OR GENERIC PHOTOS, WHAT YOU SEE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE PHOTOGRAPHS. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WILL BE LANDING ON YOUR MAT IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE. IT'S QUITE RARE FOR ME TO SELL BRAND NEW COMICS, SO PLEASE HAVE A REALISTIC ADDITUDE, AND AN AWARENESS TOWARDS PRE LOVED MERCHANDISE.
