We ship plants without pots, wrapped in plastic and newspaper. Use scissors to remove plants from the container. Plants may show differences in size and color. Expect some leaf damage; this is normal and only cosmetic. Plants need to be unpacked, watered, and placed in bright, indirect light. Shipping times vary, especially during peak seasons. We aim to process orders quickly but delays may occur. Handle plants carefully and ensure they’re well-watered and not exposed to direct sun immediately. We no longer provide detailed care instructions due to misuse. Research care online and treat new plants with fungicide and pest control if needed. Plants ship without pots, and root balls are wrapped for a few days. We may adjust pot sizes based on availability. Banana & Colocasia plants will have leaves removed before shipping.
