This is from Sega and Just about everything Else is in Japanese , Made in China. I don't think they come with a stamper or ink, I think you would need to purchase that separately, it does stand on its own and feet can be removed for a stamper.. This was originally priced at $24.95 This is a Molded hard plastic toy and is 3+ inches tall. (Not for Children) NO INK Stamp, this was just a neat holder, but is a really cute Bird, or if you have the ink stamp, you are in luck This one is in mint condition as new in the box and came from Specialty collection of Japanese Anime. These are for collectors and should not be Given TO SMALL Children, as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed.... Item is mint in a nice box (Box may have some defects from sitting over the years.
