Description: JABO J.E.R.K. Joker 1 Oxblood Aventurine ParrotMINT Run Date: 5/18/08 This is the one you have been waiting for...JABO J.E.R.K. Joker 1 Oxblood Aventurine Parrot in MINT condition. It checks all the boxes per the normal classification. Such as, it is characterized by some blue coloration which is seen here as a light blue glass just above the thicker dark oxblood line and the thinner bright red oxblood line. Do you see it now? It also has a generous amount of dense green aventurine to lend some nice sparkle and pop to dazzle the viewer. This green aventurine is one of my favorite types of aventurine due to how heavy and well-defined the borderlines of the swirls are presented. The aventurine is simply awesome here. The orange base glass is also cool with the gradations of various shades contouring the sphere. I took a couple of photos near the end with the flash turned off to give a sense of this variation of orange hues and saturation. Some collectors gravitate more toward the Cranberries, but others really love these parrots. To clarify for new collectors, any Joker 1 marble with the color blue pigment of glass swirl is technically a parrot. Some parrots have dark blue, some sky blue and some have multiple colors along with the blue. Some parrots will have almost all the colors in the rainbow on them and those are kind of the ultimate Parrot. Of course, these Joker 1 marbles are a machine made marble, but everything on the production line was running perfectly when this baby popped out! Get this one if you want a fantastic example. This classic design makes this an instant collectable. This marble was made on the 3/4" machine and measures 0.711" in diameter.
