Description: The Hubley Manufacturing Company of Lancaster, PA began to make die cast zinc alloy toy cars and trucks in the late 1930's. They are well know for making accurate renderings of the popular cars of the day. This car, a four door touring sedan might be a 1934 De Soto or maybe a Chrysler Airstream but it's hard to find much information on the Hubley toy car line. The car measures approximately 3-1/2" L x 1-3/8"W x 1-1/8"H. It is long and beautifully designed with Art Deco detailing in a way we no longer see on the road. The color is a grassy green that is in relatively good condition considering the age of the piece. Please review photos for details of the paint loss.
