It’s battery was taken out and put back in but the screen wouldn’t turn on still. The power button would just be on and the caps lock would start blinking. Geek squad claims that there is a issue with the motherboard/Cpu. The computer will “turn on” but shows a black screen. I used for less than a year. I’m not sure about its GB or SD BUT. I would assume it’s the lowest for an HP ENVY 360.
