Description: 1960 Holton 666 Collegiate alto saxophone, s/n 336244. This saxophone has a copper body and a nickel plated bell, bow, neck and keywork. This is a nice playing horn with a really powerful sound, reminiscent of a good Conn 6M. The previous owner overhauled this sax shortly before I acquired it, and the pads are still in new condition and seal well. The neck cork is compressed, so may need to be replaced by the next owner. I put some paper on the cork, which does a good job of keeping the mouthpiece affixed to the neck. US buyers are free to return the sax for any reason, provided you pay shipping and insurance both ways. The sax must be returned in its original condition.
