Description: These two sets of glossy winking Santa salt & pepper shakers were made in mid-century. The Santa's are dressed in a red coat with green mittens & red cap. These are not backstamped but according to my research I find that not all the Holt Howard shakers were backstamped. These shakers are consistent with the design & coloring of the authentic HH shakers. The box is labeled made in Japan. I cannot guarantee that these are Holt Howard shakers. One set is in great shape but the other has wear on the paint which could easily be repainted. No chips or cracks or crazing. Stoppers are intact. They measure 4" high & 3" wide at largest part.
