'Hellbound: Hellraiser II' (1988) follows psychiatrist Dr. Phillip Channard (Kenneth Cranham) in his quest to reach the world of the Cenobites. After freeing Julia Cotton from their world, he brings patients to her so that she can feed on them and regenerate, but Julia has her own plans for Channard... Meanwhile, Kirsty (Ashley Laurence), Julia's step-daughter, is tricked into travelling to Hell. In 'Hellraiser III: Hell On Earth' (1992), reporter Joey Summerskill (Terry Farrell) battles Pinhead, who is now devoid of humanity and determined to lay waste to Earth. If she is to defeat him, she must reunite his human spirit with his Cenobite form and use the puzzle box to send him back to Hell. However, if she fails, Pinhead will bring forth Hell on Earth... Finally, 'Hellraiser: Bloodline' (1996) explores the origins of the Lament Configuration. In 18th century France, Toymaker Phillip LeMarchand (Bruce Ramsay) is employed by the Duc de L'Isle (Mickey Cottrell) to create a puzzle box, unaware that it will be used to summon a demon, Angelique (Valentina Vargas).
