Helen Kish Miss Unity Doll Inspired Artist 17" Doll-Posable One of a Kind OOAK!

This listing is for a lovely one of a kind handmade art doll, made without the use of molds or manufactured frames. Made with love to pass on the love! Her face reminds me of the Helen Kish Miss Unity doll :) This doll is approximately 17". Her head/neck/chest/shoulders, and lower arms are sculpted from polymer clay with a custom wire armature running through the remainder of her arms, torso and legs. The torso has been made to be stiffer to support her but can be bent to balance. Custom eyes were sculpted into her face before baking and after painting and sealing she was given top lashes. Her hair is a longer length black kinky wool and I've tied the front pieces at the top back of her head for her hair style. My initial intentions where to make her a sitting doll, however, her legs can be positioned down and I believe with a stand she would display beautifully in standing poses as well (will not stand on her own). Her bottom is bigger and larger to sit-please see close up picture of the skirt lifted to see the bottom. Please also note that when positioning her that pressure be put at the wire parts and not on the clay due to it's breakable nature. I have dressed her in a darling outfit meant to match her loving spirit. The clothes and shoes are not intended to be removed. I did notice a small scuff at one of the blue leather slippers. I wonder what this sweetheart has been up to :) A Certificate of Authenticity will be included. If you'd like to customize the COA and add a name to further customize her, please let me know before or right after paying so I can create a new COA before mailing her. Due to the nature of polymer clay (is breakable), this doll is not intended for children unless placed in a room for display only where it cannot be reached by small children. This lovely girl will be mailed Priority mail in a larger Priority box and arrive in a sitting position. The package is anticipated to weigh right over 2 lbs after she is all packed up and is being mailed from zip code 85260 (for those who may want to reference postage at the USPS site).
