There are some smudge marks on the exterior front panel from normal use. the rest of the exterior is nice and clean. All of the interior compartments are spotlesss with no aromas and all of the zippers work. There are belting leather strips on each zipper pull these are missing from 3 of the zipper pulls (see picture). THe zippers are fully functional it's just the little belting leather strips that are missing. Telescoping handle and inline skate wheels are all in perfect working order. Hartmann Luggage tag is included. Attach a bag strap is missing. Shipping: USPS Ground Select Shipping. If the shipping is less I will refund the difference back to you.
