Description: My parents used this small hand-made pulley block to raise and lower a hanging plant so they could water it. It is 3 3/4" x 2 " x 2". The wheel inside spins easily. They held that plant up by a loop on the rope attached to a brass hook on the wall (see last photo). It is beautifully stained a chestnut brown and in excellent shape.
