It comes with everything except for the shoes and socks, and even comes with two blond afro wigs. It is ready to use and comes from a smoke-free home. She was either a size 6 or 8 at the time, so here are more exact measurements:Shirt: pit-to-pit - 16", waist - 17.5:, length down back - 22", sleeves - 3", neck - 9"Pants: waist - 14.5", length - 14", leg openings - 12"Tie: 49.75" x 3"Wrists: 2" x 3"The shirt and pants were sized down so I think they can be altered to fit different body types.
