The MS Knife has bolsters and shackle that are nickel silver with brass pins and liner. It is a lock blade Marlin Spike with a very useful pocket knife. The Marlin Spike is made of Stainless Steel. The dimensions of the MS Knife with the blade closed are 4.11" x 2.17" x 0.69". The blade itself is approximately 2.91" making the width of the knife with an open blade 7.02". The Marlin Spike is 3.05" long. The SKU is MS 406C. The artwork is inked with colored india ink and sealed with renaissance wax, which is used by museums for antique restoration. It also helps bring out the beauty of the artwork as well as in the cow bone. The knife is water resistant, but not waterproof. The artwork was originally hand etched by Donna Ruprecht.
