BOB fashions often display well with flaws disguised and actually sometimes add to that vintage look. HOW IS "BOB" DIFFERENT FROM "TLC"? Our TLC (Tender Loving Care) items are usually newer clothing with detached straps or Velcro problems or they may need a few stitches. TLC lots are often bought by those who can sew or repurpose or use for patterns but most of them are wearable as is. I see more and more torn seams as there are more Barbie body sizes and these go into the TLC pile.
