I've had 4 bad new batteries & 2 new chargers fail over the years on testing & GW makes good on these to the 1st buyer for 90 days..they know 12-15% of their stuff is defective, they don't care, it's the cost of being cheap, that's why I put the chargers I sell through this hell... Just like the 101 charges noted here.. Torture tested.. some days charging up to 4 batteries per day between 30 min cool downs. NO ONE DOES THIS BUT ME . The result? You get a thoroughly vetted unit ready for maximum return . NOT a return to the seller!!
