Signed Artist Granger Original Oil On Canvas Painting Antique Wall Art Floral

Description: Alright so I cannot confirm that this is in FACT a Charles Henry Granger because authentication would be more than I’m wanting to spend so here’s the deal. This is an authentic oil canvas painting with an authentic Granger signature. I was able to snag this as part of a lot from a very wealthy deceased lady’s estate here where I live in Maine. The family from out of state had help to liquidate the estate. Her expansive and expensive art collection was being packed to be shipped to the family along with several heirlooms, but this one was sitting on a painting ladder away from the rest and I saw it and absolutely fell in love. I asked the estate liquidator if I could buy it and she was like I guess so, the family already claimed the ones they wanted. So there’s no reason NOT to believe this isn’t a valuable art piece of Charles Henry Granger, especially since he was from Maine about 40 minutes from where I bought it. That being said, I really cannot be certain. Interestingly, I do know he had a flower painting period later in life where it is said the art has yet to be recovered. Could this be one of them? I am including a signature from one of his other paintings for reference, as it is the only signature of any Granger that is relatable. I am also trying to be fair in my pricing given that I cannot confirm the artist- but I also have reasonable evidence to believe it is in fact his work. If I’m wrong I’m happy to be educated otherwise. I’m not trying to pull any fast ones. Just want to sell some cool art.
