Description: Gotoh FVH-1001 humbucker - used in Burny & Fernandes guitars in the 1990's and 2000's. Made in Japan MIJ. I bought this pickup on its own, not in a guitar, so I'm not sure of which model it came out of. The DC resistance measures 8k. Pole spacing measures 50mm The lead wire is quite long, about 12" for the covered wire, and then another 1.5" for the hot wire, so more than enough length left for any position in most guitars. The bobbins are a little scuffed up, and the pole pieces have some rust on them, but it works well, and sound great. Comes with springs and pickup height screws and mounting frame so you can use either free standing or mounted. These pickups do sound really good, so if you're looking to bring your Burny, Fernandes or Japanese guitar back to stock, or if you're wanting to try a great sounding Japanese made pickup, you'll love this one. Pickup and inspection is available at Point Frederick NSW (1 hour from Sydney) or I can post Australia wide well packaged with optional insurance. International shipping available on request to USA and Europe.CHEERS.
