Description: We purchased this harness for our little girl dog when she was still a puppy. It is in excellent used condition with very minimal signs of wear (as shown in pics). It technically still fits her but she’s at the end of upper range for this size so we sized up. Her chest is about 17-17.5 in. Retails new for $26+ depending on retailer It is a really cushiony soft lightweight mesh harness and is very easy to take on and off. :)
